Do you possess the ideal job characteristics for the job you have selected?
How could you refine your target job to better reflect your personal characteristics?

In the final step, what work organization, working conditions, social opportunities and career opportunities are you looking for from your ideal job?
How do you plan to use this information in your current/future career management strategies?
